The Space:

**This studio is attached to the main house with an exterior door and two deadbolts, one on each side between the two units. I, the property manager, am the only person with a key. Either unit may be rented out at any time. It is not owner-occupied.



Guest Access:

Guests do not have access to the main house or the fenced backyard.



The Neighborhood:

Extremely quiet neighborhood with an older population. Five minutes from Forest Acres shopping and dining.



Getting Around:

We recommend a vehicle.

Perfect

Clean, convenient, amazing neighborhood (dont be discouraged with it being off of decker blvd), communication is quick and thoughtful. Honestly, NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL! This was a place we needed in a pinch and it was better than what we could have asked for!
