You can relax in the living area with a view of the mountains, or entertain on the deck. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home includes two bedrooms with deck access. The master bedroom also has a private full bathroom, and a shared bathroom is also located on the home's main level.

Conveniently located - 25 minutes to downtown Clayton, GA. 15 minutes to downtown Highlands, NC. 20 minutes to Franklin, NC.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

-Please set the thermostat to the Cooling Function at 75 with fan on Auto in the Spring and Summer months, and set to 60, with heat on during Fall and Winter months

-Please clean out the wood-burning stove, outdoor fire pit, and grill if used.

-Please advise if any beds/rooms were not used during your stay. Most importantly, please inform us 1-day prior to your checkout if you intend on leaving before 10:00 am.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
