Beach Side “Crabby Paddy", Luxury family retreat 6br 4+ bath w pool+hot tub

Gorgeous completely renovated home just steps from the best beach. You can even walk to a few restaurants close by including Schooners. We practically snowbird here so we have the kitchen and home fully stocked with the family in mind. From a fully stocked chefs dream kitchen to beach carts for easy carrying all toys to the beach, speaking of beach toys we have a ton. 3 luxury king masters with en-suite full bathrooms. Two bunk rooms for the kids and their friends. Come to the back yard to grill out with sponge bob and play corn hole. Down in our neck of pcb it is less busy and easier to spread out at the beach. Yet you are still close to the action of Pier Park just a short drive way.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Make sure to take out all trash including the back outdoor trash if you used it.

Please put all furniture and items back where they were for the next guest.

Heavily soiled bedding and or towels must be treated we have provided spray and wash along with detergent.

Absolutely no parties, or springbreak behavior, if so we will terminate stay.

Wash off all sand before entering pool and home. If not my cleaner may charge extra fees.
