Excellent location for walking into town and seeing historical sites. Interesting watching boats in the harbor. The house was clean and provided enough room for six of us with the addition of the downstairs apartment. It could have used more dinner ware and silverware.

Staying at the Battery Harbour Home made our first trip to St. John's was very enjoyable and memorable. Even before we arrived, we received the email with check-in instructions that were simple and easy to use. The Battery Harbour home was in a great location: easy access to food/drinks/entertainment and when we did stay in, we enjoyed the views from the balconies. The house was well equipped with toiletries, kitchen supplies, and well organized. Check out was easy as well, besides the specific requirements for trash/recycle, we had no issues with check out. Thanks again, we had a great time at the house and at St. John's.

This was a perfect home away from home for our group of 6 adults. Each couple had their own bathroom and plenty of space to either be altogether or chill out by ourselves. There was an extra bedroom that we didn't use that could be for another couple or a couple of kids. It was a bonus to have the extra kitchen downstairs, although we didn't need it on this trip, I have rented lots of vacation homes and not had enough refrigeration space for all the food that is needed with a large group. We enjoyed the main balcony that overlooked the harbor, it could have had some outdoor chairs but we moved the kitchen chairs out while sitting outside.This home was in a perfect area for walking to town. Very close to drive to Signal Hill and the Rooms. We also drove to Cape Spear and did the Irish Loop.Parking is not that great, we had a large van that would not fit under the balcony but had no problem parking across the street. Overall, this was a great, very clean vacation rental. I always have a lot of questions, and the hosts responded very quickly to each one. I would recommend this home and would also rent again if coming to St. Johns.
