Come relax inside private gated SEADRIFT just 30 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge just off famous Hwy 1. This peaceful serene solar powered home has soothing views looking across the widest part of Seadrift Lagoon @ the Marin Headlands and Mt. Tam. The Lagoon IS your backyard with a private 60' dock to swim, kayak, hot tub, sail, paddle board or just relax. The house has a solarium dining room overlooking the lagoon, wood burning fireplace and vaulted ceilings with multi-level lagoon decks. Great Prodigy Hot Springs spa on the lagoon deck.

This home in the Seadrift Gated Community sleeps up to 8 people. (2) King bedrooms En Suite and a finished game room with Murphy Queen as well as Comfy Queen in the conversation pit.

Front yard bonus: Mini golf, Corn Hole, Bocce ball or & basketball on site.
Enjoy the large furnished playroom with thermostatically controlled heat, full size pool table/ping pong, including classic Bally Fireball (pinball), Foosball, Pac Man, X-Box, Roku (5), CATV. Play Tennis/Pickle Ball on Seadrift private courts. Walk or bring your bike & ride the gated loop road. Bring beach towels & hooded sweatshirts!

Enjoy the gardens around the house and choose shade or sun for your relaxation. Stinson Beach has nearby Audubon Canyon Ranch, a lovely downtown with restaurants and bars, Point Reyes, Muir Beach and Muir Woods at your footstep. Bring a MTN bike and enjoy truly World Class Mountain Biking on Mt. Tam. Enjoy migrating birds and daredevil hang gliders soaring over Stinson. Kite surf at Stinson Beach.

VRBO MODERATE CANCELLATION POLICY:

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

Be aware that Seadrift is an active community and homes require periodic septic, deck repair and occasional remodeling work which may be audible. This is normal and not cause for refund.

Weather: This home is on the California Coast and there are NO refunds or discounts for weather related storms/wind/rain or associated power/internet outages. There is a generator to power key lights and refrigerator.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary here and could not have picked a better place. Stan's clean and comfortable home is perfectly situated on the lagoon and we availed of all of the amenities...stand-ups, kayaks, hot tub, dockside coffee...and to top it off, our 4-legged family member got to join us. Very clean- all kinds of great "toys", I wish we could've stayed longer. The kitchen has excellent cookware (I was envious). Stan was incredibly responsive. I even requested very very last minute for a later check out and he agreed.

Amazing stay at Stinson Beach!

Stan was the perfect host, and quick to make sure we were settled in.The house has everything you could ever need for a day on the water or just hanging at the house. The weather can’t always be perfect, and I don’t think there is another rental around with so many fun things to do just staying in. Thanks again Stan!

Great stay at a great home

The home was as advertised and perfect for us. Clean and fully stocked, with plenty of toys (kayaks, SUPs, games, ROKU, etc) to keep the family entertained and happy no matter what the mood. Owner was great and responsive when we had questions, including offering us early check-in based on availability. Looking forward to our next visit to Stinson and will definitely book here again

Great house on the water

The house is very well laid out and organized with all you want for a family and friends gathering. Great decks and outside seating area, access to the water & kayaks to enjoy getting out onto the water. The host Stan is great and clearly wants everyone to have a good time, thinking of everything we might need and posting all clearly.

Amazing property

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this house and we can't wait to come back. From scooter rides around Seadrift, paddling on the lagoon, beach time and hanging out in Stinson town, there is so much to do for families. The house is very pleasant and comfortable, private, quiet, with more amenities than most rentals. Highly recommend!

Serene Seadrift escape!

Stan’s place is terrific and is even better in person. The house is really well laid out and super comfortable. From all the kitchen supplies to the kayaks to the pool table to the amazing views, it really has everything. Beach access is also really easy and being on the lagoon side of Stinson is very peaceful. We loved staying there, and are excited to return. Communication with Stan was also very easy. Can’t wait to go back!

Great home in Stinson

Highly recommend this home with lagoon access and all the toys (water toys, pool table, ping pong, foosball, games, etc) you need to keep the family entertained, no matter the age or interest. House is clean, bright, and well-maintained, comfortable beds, and great access to all that Stinson has to offer. The deck with lounge chairs, barbecue, and a hot tub is a great way to spend the day and provides access to the lagoon with multiple kayaks and SUPs for the family to use. Loved everything about it and can't wait for our next visit
