The condo needs a major update. The AC was never cold. There wasn’t enough fans for all the bedrooms. The bathrooms needed repairs. The views were phenomenal.

I am sorry you had this experience. We did not hear from you at all as we would have responded immediately to your concerns. Both bathrooms are new so not sure what the issue was there and we have plenty of fans in stock for guest use. Please communicate with hosts to avoid issues in the future.

My husband and I stayed with our two teenage daughters. It was a perfect location for all of us. Great pool and water view. Space looked just like pictures. Rented a golf cart for four days and able to get to Duval street busy area in 15 minutes with that. Would recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The parking was not convenient for larger vehicles (SUVs.) There is no front desk when you check-in, a little confusing at the start. You are unable to get in the water at the property because of rocks, we had to drive to the nearest beach. Overall, the room was excellent, no issues there.
