About this property
Mountain home retreat with spectacular views
This customized mountain home features views of Lake Granby and the Continental Divide throughout the house and on the wrap around decking. Sage Haven backs up to BLM land with practically private trails, and is conveniently located 15 minutes drive from Rocky Mountain National Park or Granby Ranch or Hot Sulfur Springs, and a mere 25 minutes to Winter Park Ski Resort.
The space
This home combines the spacious feel that comes with an open floor-plan, with the quiet cozy charm of a mountain modern retreat in 1400 sq ft. There are also great outdoor spaces to enjoy year round amidst the natural beauty, privacy, and simplicity of life in the mountains. The backroom/office has two sets of extra-long bunkbeds, and a king size bed in the master bedroom suite. There is a high-end Queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, the one-car garage, and additional parking in the driveway.
Other things to note
The RV is not available to guests.
