PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome well-trained dogs to stay in this home. If traveling with a pet, please note that a non-refundable pet fee will be added after booking. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00.  


INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Beautiful beach house!

It was lovely and clean and great location! When we weren’t at the beach, we enjoyed the pool. We rented a golf cart but the bikes provided could get you anywhere around there. We will miss it but we will be back!

Another great gulf vacay

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO rental. Location, convenient, walkable to the beach, pool, very clean. Bedrooms and bathrooms all very nicely appointed. The management team was very responsive to any questions. The one suggestion that I would make would be to include more than one set of garbage bags. Would absolutely rent again.

The property is beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice! There was more than enough space for 6 women to be comfortable! The pool area is a wonderful addition. The ease of location is very convenient for reaching the local neighborhoods. I would highly recommend.

Girls getaway

The house was great. It looked just like the pictures online. We loved the spaciousness of it. The ceilings were nice and tall. It had all the amenities we needed. Beautifully decorated. We also LOVED the outdoor pool area. The palm trees made us feel we were in the tropics. We decided to have the heat turned on the pool once we got there. They sent someone out right away. Highly recommend this rental!!

Nice house but…..

House itself is very nice looking, pool is great. Back area is just absolutely beautiful. Very cool kitchen and living area. But…. the pool cleaning guy showed up totally unannounced… The property manager didn’t let us know that anyone would be coming during our stay. I walked in front of the sliding glass door half-clothed not realizing someone would be out there. Totally fine that he came and cleaned but the property manager should’ve given us a heads up for sure. Sheets are like sleeping on sandpaper, very low quality. Just expected something a little better for the price you pay to stay, not cheap. Floors were kind of gritty when we arrived too and a few hairs on one of the bathroom floors. Other than that it’s a pretty house and great location. 6/10 overall probably.
