This house and the owners are amazing. The communication and accommodation was top notch. I can't recommend this house enough. Our family had suck a wonderful time staying here. The beds were so comfortable and the pool is amazing. If you are looking for a place for a big family to relax and unwind look no further. You will not be disappointed.

The house and pool were great, and we enjoyed spending time together with family. The kitchen was well stocked, and the house was clean and comfy. There was lots to do with games, pool and putting green. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Beautifully appointed house was perfect for a relaxing trip with our family. Great open plan kitchen dining and family room which overlooked the pool area. The pool area had seating, lounge chairs and a dining table. It was another great area to hang out in. The host was terrific. We had a problem with the air conditioning and she had a repair man there within an hour. I’ve never had such prompt service before. Would highly recommend this property

This place definitely felt like our home away from home! We were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine and chocolates, and the host, Jana was available to answer any questions. The pool, the spa, the putt putt course, game room, stocked kitchen, and comfy beds all made our stay one to remember! Jana was so helpful and accommodating, even when our flights got delayed and we had to stay an additional two days. What a great place to be stuck! 10/10…Highly Recommend!

We booked this home last minute after a hurricane made us cancel our original location. We stayed in the home with 4 adults and 6 kids. We could not have asked for a better stay. It Is located in the perfect spot in the cutest town just down the trees from 2 great islands. I’ve never stayed in a rental that put so much thought into making sure their guests are comfortable and have everything they need. The kitchen was stocked with seasonings, cooking oil, plenty of dish pods and extra paper towels. They even had coffee. We loved that each bathroom had soaps in the showers and plenty of towels. Lots of games and things for kids to do, no need to bring anything for the beach because this home has it all. All of the beds were comfortable. The only 2 complaints we had is we wished the back corner of the pool area where the spa was had more light. The spa light did not work during our stay. Also as a professional cleaner I feel this home could’ve been cleaned a little better. When we went out to the back patio the first thing we noticed were a pile of fake nails that seemed to be taken out of the pool filter. Some of the pocket doors could’ve used a good wiping off. But I know those things can be missed when you are cleaning a house of this size. All in all we would 100% stay here again. We had the best week.

Outstanding!

The property was incredible, the hosts are absolutely amazing, extremely responsive and very helpful. Property is in pristine condition. The back patio and pool made everything great. Easy access to downtown Dunedin and Clearwater. We will definitely come back.

70th Birthday Celebration Perfection

We celebrated a family 70th birthday at this beautiful property and it was absolutely perfect! Meticulously clean, fully equipped with everything that we needed and then some. The communication with the host was prompt and informative - and everything about the process was so easy. This home is a fantastic place for a family gathering. Minutes to Dunedin, Palm Harbor, and Ozona - and 10 minutes from beautiful Honeymoon Island state park. The lanai area is a dream with plenty of space to gather, a beautiful pool & spa, and overlooking the putting green. The game room was the icing on the cake. Thank you so much Lux!

Fun time with old friends

Property Manager was very responsive. House lived up to the listing. Clean, comfortable beds and nice decor. Pool and Spa temperature gave us fits. Eventually we figured out the problem was due to low water levels. Given that we were mostly from cold places the pool and hot tub was one big reason we stayed there. The manager bought us pizza's to help make up for our struggles. It was a nice gesture.

Convenient Location & Great for Families

This was a very comfortable place to stay for our extended family, including 3 adults, a grandparent, an infant and three kids under 10. It is very spacious and each room has plenty of privacy. The amenities were above and beyond- a TV in each room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, and plenty of extras like high chair, portable crib, beach chairs, pool table, tons of board games, etc. The kids loved the mini golf out back, as well as all of the pool toys and playing in the swimming pool. The adults loved the swimming pool too once the issue with the heat was resolved. The host was very responsive and accommodating in the process. The location is also very convenient- in a safe, quiet, upscale neighborhood, and a short driving distance from many attractions like the beach, Pinellas trail, main Street Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, and plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay again!

This home was perfect for our families! The had everything we needed and more! Jana was great to work with. Upon arrival, we were able to enter the property easily with the provided instructions. The house was spotless and the kids were excited to check everything out. We had everything we needed and more! The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen was stocked, and the pool was inviting.We were able to cook any meals we wanted, and it was so nice to just have a place to hang out and relax. I truly can’t think of anything we needed that they didn’t have ready for us. This is an exceptional rental that would be great for any family or group!

The host Jana has a beautiful home and I can’t rave enough about how welcoming it felt when we got there. Every bathroom stocked with amenities, a welcome gift of wine and chocolates, and adorable towel creatures our girls loved. We frequent the area a couple times a year and have to say the departure procedure was by far the best we’ve experienced, especially with an early morning flight. We will definitely be booking with them again
