Upstairs refrigerator was broken the entire stay. Was told several times a maintenance person was coming to look at it but they never showed up. Dishwasher upstairs smells like mildew and had left over pod in it. All apps on TV needed and update but nobody knew the Apple password to update. Requests heated pool but they did not acknowledge.

Lots of room

Great location! Beachy house with lots of room, We loved the separate downstairs, decks, and pool! Perfect for our family and friends.

Nice and Close to beach

Enjoyed our stay at Sun Beach. Always nice to be able to come back to the house after being out for the day and have your own pool to jump in and cool off. Spacious and clean.

Check-in was smooth, and the property was large and roomy. The location is nice.I was disappointed that the pool was filthy upon arrival as the listing said the pool is serviced between each guest. The pool skimmer net was broken so I could not clean it myself. I reached out to the property manager (multiple times) and was told they would send someone. If they ever did send someone, all that was done was the filter was turned on. I ended purchasing a skimmer net of my own and spent and hour cleaning the pool myself. We also had issues with the TV/wifi the entire time. For reference, I have been visiting Port A at least once a year for 10 years.

Beach Vacation

House was clean, Had everything we needed for our stay. Pool was a nice break from the beach and house is a short distance to the beach entry. Was pleased with everything.

Space for Everyone

The house was beautiful and well-maintained. And, there was plenty of space for all of us (7 adults and 3 teens). The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for our small family reunion.
