We have stayed at numerous properties in the Port Aransas area, and this home is clearly in the nicer category. It is a beautiful house, very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with plenty of amenities. The neighborhood is excellent, and overall, we would recommend the property.Our main concerns were related to property management and the overall value for the price. We requested an early check-in the day before our arrival but never received a response until after we had already checked in at the standard 4:00 PM time. Better communication would have been appreciated.Additionally, the lawn had not been mowed, and there were a few stickers in the grass around the pool, which detracted somewhat from the outdoor experience.On a positive note, the local management team was exceptionally responsive when we encountered an issue with the blender. They had a replacement delivered within 30 minutes, which was impressive and greatly appreciated.Ultimately, we enjoyed the home and would recommend it to others. However, given the price, we felt the overall value and level of service fell a little short of our expectations.

Perfect Beach Getaway with a Pool!

We had a great stay at the Tipsea Turtle! Our party had 2 families with 4 adults and 5 kids. The house was just as presented online and worked perfectly for our group. The beach was very close, both walking or driving and it was awesome to have the pool at the house for continued fun! Would recommend and stay there again!

Multi generational family vacation

Teens and parents at beach at least 4 hours every day, grandparents went twice, loved the pool! Great spaces for each group to relax away from each other! Internet was unpredictable so disappointing for the younger crowd, grandparents didn’t miss it at all!

Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Tip Sea Turtle. It has by far the best beach house we’ve stayed at in Port A and will definitely be going back. The house was maintained well and really clean. The owners put a lot of attention into details that would make any guest feel welcome and comfortable. Pool was awesome and my 8 yo lived in the game room when he wasn’t swimming. The management company was very responsive and polite. Overall, best beach stay we’ve had!

Amazing

Tip'Sea Turtle-Pool, Boardwalk, Gulf Glimpse home is excellent. Everything we needed was there. The host thought of everything and this home is so homely. Very nice and neat home and the host communicate so well. We will definitely use this home again and we will refer as well. This was a top notch house and the neighborhood was great. There is nothing negative about this home at all. Perfect spot for big family and very well kept home.
