Lucas, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the river access and location! We’re very sorry to hear about the issues with the A/C in the master suite and the dishes not being properly cleaned. That’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We’ve passed this along to our maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure these concerns are promptly addressed. Your input helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again with a more seamless stay in the future. Thanks, NBE

Spacious 2b2b with a nice patio

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Large beautiful property. I question security as our neighbors across thought they booked our condo and was able to enter using their access code 😳. My dog startled them! A few cleanliness issues (not horrible), very poor drainage in shower/tub. Other than that, Very comfortable

Diane, We again sincerely apologize for the intrusion, however, we find it unlikely another property management company has the same door code as we do. As a precaution, we will change the code as we do after every guest. However, It is more than likely the door was left unlocked which provided the other unit access into your unit. Also, if we wetre made aware during your stay of any maintenance issues, we would have been more than happy to send maintenance out there to take a look/fix any issues. We hope you will give us another chance in he future. Thanks, NBE
