Do not book this property. It is one block away from a very bad area. Very very bad area. The parking lot is awful. The unit is old. The air conditioning unit is old and has mold! I did not stay because I felt unsafe and very uncomfortable. The humidity in the room was extremely bad not to mention the mold in the air conditioning. I did not get a refund and it was impossible to converse with the host I didn’t even stay 30 minutes.

Jane, first off our other reviews speak for themselves we have had thousands of guests and no issues. As for you, you were unreasonable. You had the AC on fan mode and wouldn't listen to us. If you switched it to AC mode all of your issues were gone. The AC does not have mold and is less than 3 years old. As for the parking lot yes it needs work but has very little impact on your stay. (no big holes or anything just lots of cracks.
