Beach view awesome. Sooo close! And Beach access a breeze.Plenty of space in the unit... towels, toiletries, and toys galore. Host is local and exceptional. Nice to have transport available too... and parking is plentiful and some covered.Highly recommend

The beach location is spectacular! The property has so much to offer and Teri really goes out of her way to be hospitable. This was the second stay for us and even our dog was right at home.

This is our 3rd yr in a row of returning to the Angel.... we absolutely love it. Teri is amazing to work with! Being able to bring our dog and be right in the beach is very important us. We couldn't ask for more. The house is always very clean and comfortable. We will return every year as long as it is available.

Wonderful stay!

Very pleased to have found this lovely beach house and pet friendly place. Location was great with gorgeous ocean and beach views. The unit was well equipped with everything needed to enjoy our stay including linens, beach towels, beach chairs, grill, kitchen items, dog gate and so much more! I highly recommend this place and would return if we vacation in the area again.

Ideal Spot to Experience New Smyrna Beach

Great house rental for experiencing New Smyrna Beach. Right on the beach, short stroll to Flagler Avenue shops and restaurants. The house is clean, with a good-sized living area, complete kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Really can't beat the combination of location, privacy, and value.

Relaxing mini vacation

My husband and I loved this place. The ocean view was wonderful, and the condo was clean with many extra touches. We loved the fact that dogs are allowed at no extra cost. Walking distance to restaurant and Publix.We will be back.

Amazing Place

We have rented many beachfront places in NSB and have enjoyed each of them. However the Angel Inn the Sand by far is our new favorite! The Fish Unit (2nd floor) was amazing. The view from the living room is what you hope for in a beachfront getaway. The unit has all the amenities you need and is super spacious. Looking forward to our next stay.

Excellent experience! What a great view! Property was clean, well furnished and generously equipped with everything you need for a great vacation at the beach. Check-in was easy and all directions were easy to follow. Convenient location close to shopping and restaurants. Pet friendly. Couldn't ask for more!

Awesome stay. Can't get any closer to the beach!

So lucky to get this nearly last minute stay right on the beach to celebrate family member's birthday. This place was well appointed and views were great. The dogs loved it and did fine walking outside. Parking was good since not everyone had more than one car when we stayed. We come to NSB a lot and more than a few friends had noticed this place but usually it is booked. Definitely on the list for repeat visits.
