Maximum guests allowed are a total of 6 (this includes day time visitors) and there is NO Trailer parking...(jet ski/boat/motorcycle/ RVs etc.) There are many amenities at your doorstep 3 Pools, Tennis Courts, Racquetball courts, Shuffleboard, Pickle ball, Hot Sauna, and an On-site Exercise Facility! Best of all, you are less than 300 yards from the beautiful Sandy Beach for relaxing Sunset Strolls or Beach Fun!
Your Single Story, Two Bedroom 2 Bath Villa is very Private NO STAIRS to climb, no upstairs neighbors, and Very Convenient Parking right in front of your door. Take a refreshing dip in the
Pool conveniently located across from the Villa. The pool area offers Restrooms and a Shaded Patio area to watch the kids play.
Your unique Villa has been lovingly renovated with Granite Counter Tops, Vinyl Plank Wood Flooring throughout, an ATRIUM, and a Private, Furnished Patio. Great for relaxing with a glass of wine after a long day at the Beach!
Best of all, your Villa is Dog Friendly....MAXIMUM TWO Well behaved DOGS.. contact me if you have a special circumstance...NO CATS or other animals due to allergies. There is a $99 PER PET fee that will be charged per reservation NOT per night.

The Master Bedroom offers a King Sized Bed, Double Vanities in your Full Bathroom, and a built in bench inside the Large walk in Shower! Huge Walk in closet. Enjoy the professional desk and comfortable office chair that can be used as your private office during your stay. High Speed Wifi is provided, so you can work and play from Paradise! The Master Bedroom view is serene and peaceful. Enjoy beautiful landscaping and wildlife from your Glass Sliding Doors to your Private, Furnished Patio.
The dining room is beautiful and functional open to the living area and kitchen and has a fabulous view of the Atrium and the Private Patio. This large table seats 6 guests, and is a great space for dining, playing games or doing puzzles with the family!
The kitchen is beautiful and FULLY stocked. Granite Counter tops and Stainless Steel Appliances make this kitchen shine!
The Living Area is Open and Spacious...with a large T.V. for movie night! The Living Room has Glass Sliding Doors that lead to your own Private, Furnished Patio!
The Guest Bedroom is furnished with 2 Queen Sized Beds and a large T.V...great for Kids or Adults! There is even a "Pack and Play" Crib, wireless Baby Monitor, and a High chair/booster seat for the comfort and safety of our youngest guests! There are beach toys and beach chairs waiting for you to use and enjoy! The Guest Bathroom is attached to the Guest Bedroom and offers Granite Counter tops, a shower/tub combo with a privacy window...optional views into the Atrium. This adorable nautical themed bedroom offers TONS of closet space and Privacy as it is located on the opposite end of the Villa from the Master Bedroom feels like Two Master Suites!
