( new patio has been installed with barbecue island, fire pit, outside shower and a 6 person hot tub . 2 car garage for plenty of secured storage like jet skis , paddle boards , kayaks , etc . House has 2 family rooms with smart tv’s , and lower level family room has a wood burning stove. House sleeps 10 with the two brand new queen sleeper sofas just added.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash day is on Thursdays ( very early ) so put trash out Wednesday night. Recycle is every other week , put out if bin is over 1/2 full.
Leave house as you found it, no moving of furniture, etc . Any damage is to be reported immediately.
There is a camera inside that can be turned off by sliding cover over. Please turn back on
Turn a/c to 75 degrees in summer time
Heat to 65 during winter months
Hot tub heat turned to 80 degrees , and cover lid fastened
