Stayed one night before a cruise. Property was conveniently located to the cruise terminal, shopping was walkable, the beach was a short walk and the property had plenty of entertainment for the children. Home was very clean and smelled wonderful when we arrived. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

This was the perfect place for us. I had my daughter and my parents here. The walk to the beach was easy and it was great to have a wagon with all the things we would need at the beach. The Pac-Man machine was a HUGE hit for us as well. Every minute we were back at the house my daughter would be in there playing. We had an amazing time there and would use the same place if we ever choose to return to Cocoa Beach.

The property was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the screened in porch. We were only here for 1 night due to our Cruise leaving the next morning, but it was a nice place to spend the evening. I would stay longer if the chance ever arises. We also enjoyed that we were close enough to walk to the Pier and also a pizza place and didn't have to drive anywhere.

Beautiful place. We were very comfortable during our stay the day before our cruise. Michael was very quick to respond to questions we had. Location was perfect and on a quiet quaint street. Will definitely stay again.
