This cozy cottage has an upper level featuring 2BR/1BA, with a living room and kitchen, +PLUS+ a separate lower level 1BR/1BA private suite. The property's most magnificent feature is a newly constructed and fully enclosed wrap-around deck with gates that are safe for pets and kids. It also includes a BBQ grill and all-weather patio furniture.

Walk into an open-concept living room with a grand fireplace and a 55” Smart Roku TV. Two sets of French doors that bathe the space in warm sunlight. The well-stocked kitchen awaits with everything you need to cook up your next meal.

The second bedroom has two cozy twin beds and an air mattress in the closet if needed.

This level has separate outside entrances for added privacy. Inside, you will find a small living room with sliding barn doors, a queen bed plus a full-sized convertible memory foam sofa sleeper with bathroom with shower. Enjoy the 43” Smart Roku TV with integrated arcade video games.

My family and I are from Colorado; we love the mountains and are happy to have found this cozy little cottage outside Boone. We love snowboarding, hiking and really anything that gets us outside.

We chose this neighborhood because of its proximity to all the attractions of the NC High Country and its close to town.
