One of the best places to stay. Very close to everything and the house is amazing. The host made us feel very welcomed. We celebrated our 30th anniversary and were greeted with wine and chocolate covered strawberries. We will be back to stay at Songbird B

Had a few minor issues but manager quick on response!! Would definitely stay here again!! We had my son's dogs with us, and it was perfect for them. Perfect place for a family and your fur babies to stay at. Close enough to downtown yet far enough away from downtown :)

Close to EVERYTHING

Great place and a very reasonable deal. It's close to most of what you come to Nashville for and still far enough out to be quiet. Love the rooftop area, although we didn't get to use it much because of rain...

Very Nice and Affordable

The location was a little rough but not worth taking off a star. The property was clean and well maintained. Very modern feeling and spacious. We had a large group, 8 people, and it never felt cramped. The rooftop seating was a nice touch too. My only real criticism is the parking was tough for more than one car but it's a cramped neighborhood and the tight space is understandable especially in a large city.
