One block from OSF. Enjoy a relaxing getaway at the Pioneer House. originally built in 1904. Up to six guests. Easy access to dining, wine tasting, and shopping. Off street parking is also available

This spacious two bedroom historic home is fully renovated. Both bedrooms have a king size bed. There is a queen-size sectional sofa in the living room as well. The bathroom includes a clawfoot tub and shower. Large kitchennette, a smart TV with DVR, washer/dryer, and lovely views from the mini-deck

My husband, 3 adult children, and I had a pleasant stay here. It was clean, roomy, and in a great location. We could easily walk to the park and restaurants. Will definitely book again when we are in the area.

Cozy House and Perfect Location

We had a great stay at the Pioneer Craftsman. We spent a Ski-Weekend in Ashland and it was the perfect place for our adventure-headquarters. The fireplace made for a cozy relaxing vibe, the rooms and beds were comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub was perfect for soaking the Ski-fatigued muscles.The location itself can't be beat. We were across the street from a cafe and taphouse, and only a few-minutes walk from the Downtown Plaza.Would, and hope to, stay again again here on our next Ashland trip.

A Peaceful Oasis in the Middle of Town

This lovely home is tucked just off the main part of downtown, allowing for an easy walk to a dozen restaurants, plus stores and coffee shops. OSF is about a 2-3 block walk. The home is spacious and cool, with three outdoor spaces to enjoy coffee or visiting. There are three eateries just across the driveway if you want to grad something quickly, and the Food Co-op is 2-3 blocks away -- an easy walk. The kitchen is well equipped, with a comfortable dining area.This is a five-star gem, and you'll be grateful you chose it!
