Playa de Carmen Ocean View Penthouse - 3 Bedroom

Take in sweeping views from the rooftop splash pool or the balcony hammock, or swim lengths in the building's 60 foot pool below. After a gym workout, head back to a bright apartment that's sparklingly modern, yet with classic exposed beams too. This penthouse is a large 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo that can sleep up to 8 people. This place is perfect for couples or a family.

This is one of the best locations in Playa because you are only steps from 5th avenue and a short 4 minute walk to the beach. Our penthouse condo has 2 large balconies and a large rooftop deck. You are close to shopping and 2 of the largest grocery stores in Playa. Our condo has luxurious modern finishes with rain shower heads in the bathrooms, washer and dryer in the unit, and all brand new furniture as of October 2016.The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds. The 3rd Bedroom on the rooftop deck has a queen bed and 2 built in bunk beds. On the rooftop there is a splash pool, mamitas bed, and kitchenette (microwave, coffeepot, and mini fridge)

We have a private parking spot in the garage but it's actually not necessary because of the central location of Oasis12. There is a large 60 foot swimming pool and private workout gym. Right next to the pool are aple loungers and cabanas with a bar and bbq area. There is also 24 hour security. We have free wifi.

The building is close enough to all the action while still being in a quiet area. It's steps to 10th Avenue, where there are a lot of restaurants, while 5th Avenue is only a very short walk away. Grocery stores are within two blocks of here.

Really well laid out place. Very functional with enough towels, proper kitchen utensils, etc. The teens loved the poolside bedroom. A great place for multi-generation or 2 families. The property manager was super helpful and quick to respond with all of our requests. Honestly a really great place. No complaints.

Excellent place for a great vacation

This place is amazing! It is closed to everything. You can walk to the beach, quinta venida, as well as to Walmart and local restaurants. The place is very nice and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and clean. I recommend this place to families as well as groups of friends

Great location!

We traveled with our 2 adult children and spouses. Lots of room for everyone. Really enjoyed being able to walk to Walmart, restaurants, night life and 5th avenue. Very quiet, secure building.

Spacious and great location!

This place was seriously one of the best places I have stayed at. We went to Playa del Carmen for a family Vacations, my husband and I traveled with our three children. We stayed in the Penthouse, the girls slept on the top floor with its personal small lounging pool, they were so happy and my son has his own room with double beds and awesome updated bathrooms. My husband and I stayed in master sweet and had a double rain head shower, we enjoyed the nice breeze through out all the house and also had air conditioning for the hotter days. The location was literally within 7 minutes walk from 5th ave, just a couple blocks. Food was everywhere as well as stores. The Condo also has a community pool that was very nice and maintained temperature and cleanliness. I will def consider this again, next time I might bring more people as the condo was so large we had a lot of extra sleeping space!
