Excellent Stay.The condo was spacious, clean and had pretty much everything you could need.The property itself had some nice amenities, like the pool, hot tub, volleyball court and fitness center. Condo was within a 20 minute ride of most of the theme parks as well and in close proximity to countless restaurants and other entertainment options.Check in process was easy and host was always responsive. Overall, I greatly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.

This was the first place that made my kids cry because we had to leave. Very accommodating, close to everything. We took the ride to Tampa and Clearwater to break from the theme parks, well worth it! We loved the riverwalk and the beach!

Perfect home, clean and comfortable

We came to stay from the UK, the hosts answered all of our questions quickly and we're very helpful. The Condo is exactly as pictured and described, it was extremely clean, modern and comfortable. Spacious and quiet for our family of four. It is just a short walk from the clubhouse and pool but far enough that you can't hear anything. It was extremely well equipped and everything has been very well thought out. The facilities at the resort were great and my daughter's loved the splash park, games room and the food at the Marketplace restaurant. We used Ubers to get to the Disney parks and this was easy to do from this resort as it's so close. Thankyou for an amazing stay, we would definitely recommend your condo and would love to come again!

A lovely base to visit the parks from

We had a lovely stay at Sunny Condo. As you'd expect from the location, it's a great place to base yourselves if you're planning on spending lots of time at Disney. The condo is clean and tidy, tastefully decorated, and contains everything you'll want or need, and even a few snacks and coffees for your arrival. The complex itself is nice, with a good pool area and handy shop for essentials and the market grill for takeaway type food. If you're planning on a pool day get to the pool before 10 if you want a sunbed though! Nearby Walmart, Starbucks, CVS, and a number of restaurants ensure you're no more than 5 minutes drive from everything you might need.

The condo was spacious. The pool and waterpark were great for the kids. Within 20 mins to all things Disney. Owners checked in a few times during our stay to make sure we were all good. Would highly recommend staying here!

A wonderful place to stay, would highly recommend!

Sunny Condo Retreat at Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee was beautiful, everything about it was superb with lots of little extras. You couldn't ask for anything more. The owners were so helpful and informative, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. All the beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of towels and beach towels. My family and I would highly recommend and hopefully will be going back very soon!!

Lovely apartment in clean well maintained resort

The apartment was exactly as described and perfect for our stay. The resort was immaculately well kept and had all the facilities that we needed, including a lovely pool and games area. The apartment was on the top floor which meant that it was quiet and we were not disturbed by noise from other apartments. The balcony was small and could only fit 4 of us, it also overlooked the road that circled through the resort. This wasn’t an issue for us as we were rarely in and didn’t impact our stay. The rooms were tidy and well kept. Only thing missing for me would be a small welcome pack as we arrived late and the pool bar was closed. Luckily the kids were straight on uber eats ordering everything we needed! Overall a really great stay, location is great, really close to Disney and all amenities.

Fantastic experience with our stay. A wonderful place to call home while on vacation

We booked the Sunny Condo Retreat for a short family getaway. The condo was perfect, clean, comfortable, and close to anything we could have needed/wanted. The communication before, during and after our trip was fabulous with clear instructions and some tips for making our stay even more fun. The amenities were also great, pool, hot tub, water slides, and arcade (extra $). We had a fabulous time and would definitely rebook this condo in future.

Our family had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Sunny’s condo. The condo had everything we needed and so many extra touches. I appreciated the snacks they had out after a long travel day. Amazing apartment-we were so impressed.

We stayed at Sunny Condo during our 2nd time in Florida, our first stay elsewhere was run down and shabby and I was nervous about booking this apartment and whether it would be as nice as the pictures. We shouldn't have worried as it was perfect! This is an immaculate and fully equipped modern apartment. Highlights for us were the tasteful decor and modern feel, fully equipped kitchen, big dining table, very comfy beds and lots of space for our family of 4. It was like home from home for two weeks. We would 100% book again if returning to Florida again.

We stayed in the Sunny Condo Retreat for 13 nights and couldn’t fault it. Location is excellent, near to the clubhouse and pool and being in Windsor Hills makes getting to Disney a dream! Also very close to Walmart and loads of restaurants. The condo is well equipped and was scrupulously clean on arrival. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything you could need. We had excellent, responsive communication throughout from Ruth and Sun Mi. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here. Thank you.

Extended stay

So sad to leave after 7 weeks, but just arrived back home to uk. From booking, to leaving for home, our lovely hosts Ruth and Sun Mi could not have been more helpful and obliging. Communication was fantastic all through. When we arrived we found the condo immaculately clean and well presented and organised. Kitchen was great, plenty of quality cookware, cutlery, crockery including slow cooker and blender which we used a lot during our stay. Condiments, bathroom accessories and products, and plentiful thick towels etc. We had everything we needed (though I did buy a potato masher!!) and some bathroom scales as we wanted to watch our weight😂. The huge bed has a quality mattress, very comfortable as was the bed our daughter used when she ‘gate crashed’ our holiday for a week! Enjoyed our stay so much, we have booked another long stay - can’t wait to be back. Of course Windsor Hills is a quality, safe and quiet gated community, friendly staff in welcome centre and Market Place cafe, and close to all that is Disney and the fabulous Sunset Walk/Margaritaville. Thank you again to our wonderful hosts for hosting us.

Perfect Condo!

We recently stayed at this Windsor Hills 3 bedroom condo and it was such a delightful stay! This centrally located condo was immaculately clean and well appointed! We traveled with our 3 grandchildren and it was the perfect size for us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make life easier when traveling with young children! They left snacks and coffee to get us started which was very thoughtful! The pool area is perfect and kept the kids busy most of the day with the winding slides and splash pad. They also had pool side activities and contests while we were there which added to the experience. I would most definitely go back to this condo and highly recommend this particular unit!
