This was the perfect place to stay. Super close to everything. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. This was an upstairs apartment. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Only tip I have for future guests is the shower hot and cold waters are opposite. Otherwise this was perfect and we’d love to stay here again

Clean and comfy, small but laid out in a comfortable fashion, the back porch was a gem and the location perfect. All the conveniences and nice local people. I would stay in this very place again if in St Augustine.

No code when we got to the house. Got inside and it had no internet. Floors were uneven and water was coming up the floor. All door knobs to the bedrooms were broken. Door had no deadbolt. Heard screaming all night and fighting from someone else within the building or outside. Furniture was moving all night long. Place did not have an ironing board and was told some probably stole it.

Walking distance to historic district

We found the apartment to be sufficient for a one night stay for four adults. The space is small as described, but the kitchen is very thoughtfully appointed with coffee, cream and sugar, a great selection of spices and other items for cooking. The owners were onsite and very welcoming.

Lovely weekend rental

This was a lovely 2bedroom/1bath rental and perfect for a weekend getaway. Within walking distance to great St. Augustine sites and the owners were very responsive, helpful, and attentive. The sheets and beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Quite a few stairs to walk up from the parking lot, but this allowed for lovely neighborhood views. Plenty of TVs and a lovely outside balcony to enjoy.

CLEAN NICE AND GOOD LOCATION

WE WERE THERE FOR 2 NIGHTS THE TOUR BUS COMES WITHIN 1/2 A MILE. ONLY PROBLEM WITH THE BUS IT STOPS AT 4:30. THE STAY WAS NICE AND QUITE. NO PROBLEMS. I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN
