Property is quite unique, with a community pool coming soon, newly built in 2022, with luxury vinyl flooring throughout. Pet friendly, so bring the pups to enjoy the beach! Parking for two cars under the house allows entry and exit to your vehicles with protection from the sun and rain. Three flights of stairs not your idea of fun? No worries the private elevator provides access from the ground floor all the way up to the top.
The first stop is the middle floor which boasts a large primary King ensuite with a bathroom featuring twin vanities and a stand up shower. This bright and cheery room is the perfect place to relax on the comfy large bed. Kick back and read a book or watch a movie on the large mounted Smart TV. From the private balcony the ocean invites you to relax! Melt into the Adirondack chairs, listen to the gulls calling and the waves lapping at the shore. Stress will surely be blown away by the ocean breeze.

Take a short walk down the hallway, you will find a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, conveniently located beside the Surf's Up king bedroom. Warm and cozy rattan furnishings along with the vintage surfboard on the wall sets the tone for the simplicity of a time gone by! Give in to its beckoning to unplug! The serene views from the sound side private balcony come alive at sunset as the horizon is set ablaze.

Built in 2022, this oceanfront townhouse is one of six units that share a community pool. 2 king beds, 4 twin beds and 4 twin sleeper sofas, each of the 4 bedrooms has a balcony with views of the ocean or sound. Well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large island with quartz countertops, and seating for 8 people. Luxury vinyl flooring throughout, 3 full bathrooms, and an elevator make this a perfect spot for up to 13 people to call home.

What makes this property unique

The pool is shared between 6 townhouses in a private community. $1000/week Discount has been applied to the rental rate until the pool gets Certificate of Occupancy. Water is in the pool, awaiting an engineering report, final inspections from the Town of North Topsail Beach before the pool receives the Certificate of Occupancy. Since we cannot guarantee a date on the signoff from all inspections, we have discounted the rental rate by $1000/week as an incentive. No guarantees are offered on the date that the pool will be ready.

2 king bedrooms with one twin sleeper sofa each. Four twin beds and four twin sleepers means there's room for everyone. This townhouse was built in 2022 it has luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, three full bathrooms and a balcony for every bedroom overlooking the ocean or sound. This townhouse is one of a small townhouse community of six units with a community pool between the townhouses and the dunes. This townhouse also has an elevator which makes this the perfect place for your next vacation.
