Please note that our property is designed for adults and is not suitable for children under 12 years old. We've provided TV monitors in the bedrooms and living room, so you can use your streaming devices to catch up on your favorite shows.

Guests will have full and private access to this two bedroom fully furnished and detached apartment home including a full kitchen/living room and large fenced outdoor space. Included are two side-by-side parking spaces with sliding gate for privacy and security.
Other things to note
Please be aware that we no longer offer cable TV. This allows us to keep our costs, and your nightly rate, down. You're more than welcome to bring your own streaming devices which should work quite well with our advanced WiFi and gigabit fiber internet.

We've provided a standard sized Weber grill for our guests use. Included is a charcoal starter "chimney" (If you aren't sure how to use that just ask), and BBQ utensils. We ask that before you check out you empty any ashes into the garbage and place into the trash bin.

Please note that if you wish to adjust the led displays on the AC/Heat units in each room you may use the included remote controls to show the led display or, during sleep hours, hide the led display.
