Million Dollar Views Peaceful & Quiet See the Sedona Red Rocks like never before

The Sunshine Suite
A large private suite with million dollar views. You have to see it to believe it. A perfect place to just sit and relax, or explore the area. A peaceful mountain top getaway.

The Space
Wake up on this million dollar estate with unbelievable views of the Sedona Red Rocks and Mingus mountain. It is close to Sedona, Jerome, and of course Cottonwood, and Clarkdale. Our nearest neighbor is over a block away. The sunrises and sunsets are great, not to mention the rest of the day! We are about 700 feet higher than the town of Cottonwood below us. You will feel like you are on top of the world. This 1100 square foot suite has everything you should need. There are chairs on the deck for enjoying the morning sunrises. A 52" tv in the living room, and a 42" tv in the master bedroom. The bedroom has a extra tall queen bed with soft sheets and lots of pillows. The second bedroom has a King bed. There is only one bathroom it is in the master bedroom. You must enter the master bedroom to get to the bathroom. You enter the suite from your private patio.

Guest Access
There is a complete kitchen with all the necessities, a side by side fridge , coffee maker, toaster, microwave, two burner stove with pots and pans etc. A large living room with vaulted ceilings. A second Bedroom. A large master bedroom with fantastic views of the valley below. A bathroom with fluffy soft towels and a large walk in shower too. The living room has a vcr and dvd player with a few movies just in case, as well as a surround sound stereo. Desk for working on your laptop computer. There is a gas grill outside for you to use also.



Interaction with Guests
Your privacy is important to us. The suite has a private entrance. Still we will be happy to help in anyway we can. Whether you need some advice on what to see in the area, or where the best restaurants are. We have a great deck to sit on and watch the hummingbirds. We opened up our guest studio with hopes of meeting people from all over the world. So where ever your from (near or far) we would love to visit, if you have the time while your here.

The Neighborhood
We live on Mingus Mountain, overlooking Clarkdale and Cottonwood. You can see Camp Verde, Cornville, Village of Oak Creek, Sedona, Flagstaff mountains, Williams mountains etc. It is like living on top of the world. We are centrally located, so everything is close by. Sedona is 25 - 30 minutes away, Jerome 15 minutes, and Cottonwood is 10 minutes away.

Getting Around
Plenty of parking at the house. A shuttle is available from the Phoenix airport to Cottonwood, we would be glad to give you a ride from there.



Other Things to Note
The water is from a private well and tastes great. If you have any special diet restrictions, please let us know.

House Rules
Sorry we don't allow pets. No smoking in the suite. Please be considerate of others. This suite is on the top floor, with bedrooms beneath you. Quiet time is between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
