Overall, we were very happy with this property. It was a beautiful home very well maintained. It fit my family of 6 with plenty of room to spare and we never felt like we were bumping into each other. We had a great time here and are definitely going to keep this place in mind the next time we decide to come visit family. Thank you!

Wonderful experience! We loved every room, plenty to do, lots of games and a guitar, a nice enclosed patio or outdoor area to relax! So many amenities, we were able to cook dinner and a Sunday brunch. Oh...water pressure is awesome, if you have lots of hair this is a must!Location is great, so close to down town Lakeland and Florida Southern College, and off street parking!Brittany was a great host and very responsive.We will definitely be staying here in the future!

The trundle bed picture needs to be updated. I had two older adults that needed single beds and it ended up being children’s metal bunk beds and it was difficult for them to get in and out. Otherwise wonderful accommodations.

Lovely place!

This was a charming home in a nice area that is convenient to many amenities. The host was very accommodating and pleasant. The house was very comfortable, had nice extras like coffee, and was child friendly. We highly recommend a stay at this delightful home.

Perfect home for Christmas visit

We rented this home for family members to stay during Christmas. It was perfect. Great location, clean, and the home is just charming. The host even set up a small Christmas tree which was such a wonderful surprise and made it feel even more like a home away from home. Communication with the host was fantastic - and would highly recommend.

Cute quaint House

We were in town for my son’s wedding and my other son and family from Tenn stayed with is, we even had our granddoggie with us in a fenced yard, Host Brittany was easy to connect with and was able to provide and early check in so we could get ready for rehearsel. It was nice for us all to be together in a lovely home that was equipped with all our needs!

The third room is at the back of a main bedroom which means one person had to pass by another to access. The pictures in the ad were misleading as the beds were different. That “Harry Potter” style cramped room had children’s bunks which were not on the photos so we had to draw straws to see which unlucky member slept in a room behind another bedroom in basically a cot! Place was clean and we managed out of necessity but not good value for the size and layout and falsely advertised with incorrect pictures.
