The space

Gourmet kitchen ( 6-burner induction range, double ovens, two dishwashers, & deluxe coffee bar), open dining for 20+, living room with 85" TV and kid-safe indoor/outdoor vapor fireplace. Disappearing glass walls open to the huge deck with heated & cooled plunge pool, cabana bar, and forever views of Gulf, National Seashore, and Santa Rosa Sound.

Also on the main floor, you'll enjoy two sets of washer/dryers, and a magazine-like dining experience with unparalleled views. 6 bedrooms each with a TV and ensuite bath, large open-concept living, kitchen, dining area, indoor/outdoor vapor fireplace (kid-safe), as well as an expansive outdoor deck area with plenty of seating and dining space complete with private heated and cooled plunge pool where you can take in forever views of the Ocean, National Seashore and Santa Rosa Sound along with AMAZING evening sunsets.

On the upper floor you will find an 8-bed boy's bunk room and 8-bed girl's bunk room, each w/ an oversized private bath. The upper floor also includes a kitchenette, seating area with TV, shuffleboard and a dreamy reading nook over the dunes.
