On the Beach

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was good and in a good location. Communication was great via texting when needed.

We had an ocean view but was not informed that the beach was closed, which is the only reason we went there and got a balcony room. We had to make a reservation to go stay somewhere else where the beach was open and we never received any accommodation from the host. Would not recommend that just nor would we ever use them again.

We understand how important beach access is, especially when booking an ocean-view property and how frustrating this situation must have been. Please note that the beach refurbishment project is managed by the state county which affected the entire Pensacola area and is unfortunately outside of Southern's control. However, we fully recognize the impact it had on your experience and regret that this disruption affected your plans. While we understand this impacted your ocean view this was not classified as a livability issue.
