Reef Club Unit 205, Beachfront Condo!

Spacious, beachfront, gulf view, family condo! This unit has everything you need for a wonderful beach getaway.

The space:
The condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a split floor plan. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, range, toaster, and an ice-making fridge. The unit features a full sized washer and dryer. The grounds are complete with a full sized tennis/pickle ball court, heated pool, hot tub, gas grills, and lots of lounge space! The beach is only steps away via private access for guests.

The condo also features beach towels, pickle ball paddles, a pack and play, a cooler, and four beach chairs for guest use.

Guest access:
Guest will have access to the entire condo. There is an assigned, covered parking space for guests.

The unit is a '05 unit, so it has a larger living area with more square footage than other units in the building (05s and 07s units feature extra square footage). This makes it a great choice for families!

We absolutely loved this condo! There was plenty of space for our entire family. Traveling by plane, we loved that there were beach items available for use (chairs, floats, sand toys). The owner was wonderful to work with during the booking process and check in. One of the beach chairs was broken, from general use around sand and salt water, which he quickly resolved (replied within an hour and replaced within a day). Highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean large condo

Everything was as described. Looks like it’s been painted/updated recently. Very clean. Had beach towels and a couple of chairs, which was very helpful. Beds were comfortable, spacious condo, very quiet. Pool area was well kept. Owner was easy to communicate with. We arrived early and he allowed us an early check in, which was so appreciated after a long drive. The only suggestion I could make is to add a pizza pan :). Thanks so much! We will be back!
