It shares outdoor common spaces with the house above. The third floor of this house is exclusively reserved for the owners, serving as their private living space and not accessible to guests.

SHARED SPACES INCLUDE: Pool, Hot Tub, Back Yard, 2nd Floor Deck Front side of home, any deck reached by outside access is Shared space. Driveway ~ 2 vehicles max, please be considerate and share driveway.

Traveled for destination wedding

The check in process was easy. Great communication with host. Very nice house on very nice property. Just a few steps away from the beach. Fenced in back yard with hot tub and pool. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but the back yard was set up nice ifyou wanted to use them.

Perfect getaway

Location of the house was perfect! Just a few yards from the entrance to the beach. Very close to shops/restaurants that were easily walked to instead of having to drive. We will be back again!

Late May vacation

My long time best friend and I stayed for 5 nights and the inside of the condo was great. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and provided all the necessities. We didn’t realize that it was on the ground level which somewhat felt like a basement. We were under the impression that you could see the ocean from the house but we didn’t have access to the top level of the house where that would have been possible. The weather wasn’t good while we were there, but other than that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place!

So close to everything!

We felt right "at home" shortly after arriving. Spent lots of time walking along the amazing beach, watching birds, just relaxing. At night, falling asleep to the sound of waves was lovely. The weather was 50-66'F so after long walks on the beach, returning to our hot tub was great. Restaurants nearby were fun & served good food especially Agave Roja. We also enjoyed several nature trails & the Wild Horse Adventure Tour.

Great place, ideal location

Everything from the booking, communication with the owner, responses to questions, checking in and stay was really good and went with no issues. Property was clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. There were beach chairs and towels available. House was very clean and pleasant to stay in. We were there with two teens and had more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Place would easily fit two more teens if kids ever wanted to bring their friends next time. Location was ideal and as advertised, super close to the beach but still at the distance so when it was too windy to spend time at the beach we just stayed in the backyard. Host was very responsive to my questions. We would not hesitate to visit again.

Great location in the Outerbanks, NC

We loved our stay at this place in Corolla, NC. The location was perfect. We could just walk across the street and be on the beautiful beach. This made it great for early morning or evening strolls. It is also close to the areas you want to see in the Outerbanks. Although you couldn't see the water from our lower level unit, you could go up to the top decks to see the water and enjoy the view. The Hot Tub was also very nice to use during a colder and rainy day. Lisa did a great job communicating with us and answering any questions we had very quickly.

A thorough review

Make sure you bring extra of everything. Bring body soap, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, TP, grill tools, and other cooking stuff if you plan to cook. We cook a lot and the kitchen was very much lacking. All of the hand soaps were empty. We had to go buy some which is ridiculous to me. The dish soap was empty too but I found one hiding under the sink. Extra towels would be nice, including beach towels. They aren’t provided. We went and bought some. They instruct you to clean and put away all dishes before leaving. In my experience, places usually want you to run the dishwasher and let it dry for cleaners to put away. When you rush people to put dishes away before they leave, they get put away damp, and grow mold, which is exactly what we found on everything in the cupboard. I had to re-wash everything before using. It was gross. Would encourage a re-thinking of that policy. The outside shower didn’t work; it hadn’t been winterized. Then we used the hose to clean off, went inside to take showers, ran the dishwasher after dinner, and I got a text that night saying we were using too much water. Then I asked where the beach umbrella was located, and an employee lady came by to help (she was very nice) and told me it was the umbrella on the patio table. It had HUGE holes.
