The Condo was great and perfectly suited for my week-long stay . It was conveniently close near the beach. The only complaint I have is the building itself, inside and the elevator has a bad order .

The building is older, but they are doing a good job updating and remodeling it. The condo itself was beautifully remodeled with a fantastic view! The host was helpful and very responsive I would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Beautiful view from the balcony. The owners have thought to include a lot of little extras that may not seem like much at first, but go a long way in making your stay that much more comfortable (like plenty of electrical outlets and USB ports). If/when we go back to Daytona, we will definitely look at staying here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and easy to get around in, which made our visit very relaxing. The room with the balcony overlooking the Atlantic was delightful! The accommodation is as advertised and we were very pleased. The only drawback with the property is the one building key policy. I understand the basis, but to only have one key to the building when my sister and I were going in different directions most days required a lot of planning and was somewhat challenging. Otherwise, it was perfect! Tim and Andy (owners) were easy to communicate with and responsive to all request! Thank you!

Cool lil spot

I was in town visiting family and found this place online. Everything was easy from the booking all the way through the check out process. This property was clean and well put together with amazing views of the beach. The hosts were very helpful and responsive whenever I sent them a message. If you are looking to visit Daytona Beach to kick back on the ocean I highly recommend booking here.

I had a nice stay!

I loved the place! Its decorated adorably beachy. Nice quiet part of the beach, which was what I was looking for. The balcony view in the morning was amazing! The front desk lady was friendly and helpful, as was everyone else. I really like that there's free parking right next to the building. The A/C was a little loud at first, but I got used to it.

Cute little beach front getaway

First, the host was communicative and cordial. The check in process was simple and easy. The condo was cute and well furnished; it’s with noting the floors and kitchenette were fresh and gave that new feel… not some rundown worn out motel room! The balcony provided unobstructed view of the beach and ocean!
