Kokopelli's Kiva #3230 | 3 Bed, 2 Bath

Idyllically placed near the 12th hole of the spectacular Moab Golf Course, these modern two-and three-bedroom southwestern style condominiums are tastefully furnished and accessorized. A seasonal outdoor swimming pool, golf, hiking, and biking are just outside your door. Enjoy stunning views of the golf course, red rocks, and the La Sal Mountains from your private patio.

Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.

No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options.

Kokopelli's has access to a seasonal shared pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access the swimming pool.

Nice house in good location. WiFi almost unusable due to slow speeds. Kitchen semi stocked, lacking lots of basics (salt, pepper). Nice washer/dryer (no laundry detergent).

A little love would make this place great

Overall this is a nice condo in a convenient location, but it could be better with a little TLC from the owners. For example, the fridge door rails are barely attached, which we discovered the first time we opened the fridge after stocking it and the items we had placed on the door fell to the ground along with the rail. Fortunately nothing broke but we removed everything from the doors after that. The BBQ grill is racked, it looks as though a piece is missing from the front right leg, so the hood won’t close properly and the grates rattle back and forth. Given the rental price, we expected things to be in better shape. All that said, it’s a nice space and overall worked well for our group. We especially appreciated the garage to store bikes.

Great for mountain bikers!

This was a perfect place for a group of biking teens and their parents. The garage added security for our bikes and it was easy to bike into town and to trails. The property manager responded and acted quickly to one issue that arose.

Simple, basic and clean condo

Just what we needed for one night for my kids and my brother and his kids. Location was perfect. It was quiet with a beautiful view. Used the kitchen to cook breakfast Wifi was great to get a little work done at night. All amenities made it a great experience. Thanks
