This 5th floor beachfront condo is located in the newest building at Summerhouse Condominiums and can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. The beautiful views of the pool and emerald waters can be seen from the privacy of your own balcony, living area and master bedroom. The condo has undergone recent renovations and is beautifully furnished with new furniture, new mattresses, new appliances, new sliding glass doors in living room and master bedroom, all new granite counter tops and kitchen cabinets.  The unit hosts smart-TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and includes access to the lobby wireless printer/scanner – a paradise for your office needs! The large master bedroom has a king bed, plenty of drawers and closet space, along with a breathtaking view of the emerald ocean. The second bedroom has 2 full-size beds, a spacious closet and private access to the second bathroom.  Both bedrooms include linens, smart TVs, alarm clocks and ceiling fans with central air throughout. You will find a hair dryer and towels in each bathroom. Beach towels are not included. The kitchen features new granite counter tops, stainless steel microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator (with ice maker), and electric range.   The unit supplies all your daily needs such as coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, blender and plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils provided. A newly purchased washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are available for your use. We do provide beach service for our guests for no additional charge – two chairs and an umbrella (season pending) are available. The Summerhouse building has many amenities for our guests including two swimming pools (one heated during colder months), a hot tub and outdoor showers. Tennis, pickleball and shuffleboard are available for all guests. Community BBQ grills and a game room are on site with pool tables and arcade games.
