Waterfront Lakehouse - Completely Remodeled - Watersports + Hot Tub

Enjoy the amazing calm, clear, turquoise Elk Lake. This very private waterfront Lakehouse is located less than 30 minutes from the TVC airport & near downtown Elk Rapids restaurants, wine bars, shopping & boat rentals.

Completely remodeled in 2023, this lake front dream property boasts 4 king bedrooms upstairs, 2 are ensuites and 2 share the hall bathroom. The downstairs features 2 bedrooms: one with a full and a twin, along with a bunk room with 4 full size beds. As well, the lower level includes a full bathroom with 2 vanities and large walk-in shower.

The upstairs and downstairs living rooms both have a gas fireplace, plus are light and bright with views to the amazing yard and turquoise lake.

Walk out onto the deck from the open space living / kitchen upstairs and sit up-top to enjoy the views or venture down to the gorgeous yard with firepit. Or if downstairs walkout to the patio with 2 seating areas including a firepit, hot tub & boating dock up late Spring thru early Fall.

Water sports equipment provided: paddle board, 1 tandem kayak, 2 smaller kayaks. With the smooth water just as the edge of the lawn these activities are a fun way to make the most of the gorgeous lake.

A mooring is installed in the summer months for boats to tie up overnight.

The adorable, all-American Lake Town of Elk Rapids is just down the road. If you are a golfer, walk to Elk Rapids golf course. Ability to ride bikes around and visit a winery/brewery right across from the full grocery store "Village Market."

Turn off the lights
Please make sure that the trash is all loaded into the cans in driveway.
Please make sure that the hot tub is closed and that the watersports equipment is put back
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please respect the signs by the toilets and dont flush any feminine products. Failure to comply will mess up the sewer/septic and will result in a fee
Please respect hot tub rules - NO GLASS, NO LIQUIDS, NO OBJECTS/SOAPS. If the hot tub is left un-usable, it will be drained and cleaned for $300 fee

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, well stocked, and had all the amenities one would want and/or need. The lake is beautiful and the mooring worked terrific for our boat. The bedrooms are well positioned and accommodated our group of 16 very well. We had a great time and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a Northern Michigan adventure.

Family vacation

Such a wonderful spot. So relaxing! The lake is amazing ! We felt very safe just letting our grandkids play in the beautiful blue water with a sandy bottom. They love the kayaks and paddle board. We rented a boat and a jet ski. Everything is convenient! Cute little town with an awesome farmers market. Would definitely recommend.There were 12 of us. 5 kids 13 and younger.

The house was immaculate upon arrival. Easy access with a code for electronic door locks. Grocery store less than a mile away has everything you need and then some. Town center is cute, pubs, ice cream etc.The shallow water out back with its sandy bottom was a HUGE hit with the little ones. Small boat dock allowed for temporary passenger loading for day on the lake. Overall, outstanding.

Great trip!

Hosts were very accommodating. House was exactly as shown online with great dock, swim area and water toys. We loved so much, we tried to book again but the house was already full over a year in advance. Our loss. Someone else’s gain.

This house was something we had searched for in our second home for over 15 years. The amazing turquoise lake, adorable all American lake town of Elk Rapids that has restaurants, wineries, breweries, golf and all close to everything Traverse City has to offer.

Situated on 2 PRIVATE acres, you dont see another neighbor and the property leaves you feeling remote and loving the lake life. Large dock with boat rentals close, watersports and all, it offers everything.
