Light the gas fireplace to enjoy the open floor plan Living area with Living room Dining room and Kitchen with adjacent large family friendly deck to relax and bar-b-q. and enjoy a fire table. All made for relaxing and enjoying a meal after a busy day of activities. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and morning coffee.
Easy quarter mile walk to Oceano beach where you can enjoy renting off road vehicles or bring your own. The Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Park is a unique place to enjoy off roading in the dunes or just enjoy driving your car on the beach or enjoying a bon fire or dinner while enjoying the magnificent sunsets on Oceano Beach. There are hiking trails to enjoy nature trails walking distance from the house. Also within walking distance are restaurants and shopping. There is a long 60' driveway to accommodate off street parking. Including room for truck with attached trailers.
Friendly neighborhood with kid friendly Park and Lagoon across the street where you can fish and watch wildlife and walk to hiking areas and enjoying the great outdoors.
