Enjoy watching the sunrise and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean from “Lange - Wrightsville Dunes”. This comfortably updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located on the second floor of the desirable Wrightsville Dunes Complex which is on the secluded northern end of Wrightsville Beach.

Guests of this condo will enjoy the easy stair access and added convenience of the elevator to help with hauling groceries or luggage. Once inside of the condo you will enter a hallway that opens to the beautiful ocean view. To the left there is a second hallway that leads to the two sound side guest bedrooms and the newly renovated hall bathroom. The first guest room is furnished with a queen-sized bed and neighbors the second guest bedroom with two twin size beds. At the end of the hall you will find a full bathroom that serves the guest rooms and features a tub, shower, and lovely vanity with granite counter tops.

Just down the main hallway you will be welcomed by the wonderful great room that features an open concept kitchen, living, and dining area. The entire condo has been updated with gorgeous ceramic tile floors that boast an elegant wood grain finish and granite counter tops. Extra seating at the kitchen counter bar ensures that every guest has a place to enjoy family meals. A large sliding glass door and accented window fill the living room with natural light and entices you out to the gorgeous, covered patio facing the ocean.

When returning from the patio to the living room on your right there are two French doors that open to the ocean front master suite. The master bedroom has a king size bed, spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a sitting nook where you can read a book while enjoying the beautiful ocean view.

Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in Summer. Minimum 3 night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins
Parking: On-site parking for 2 vehicles. One designated space allocated for the unit and one for an unassigned parking spot that is first come first serve.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: No Smoking, Pets, Boats, Boat Trailers, RV’s, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Seasonal parking fees may apply and will be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

Great location and beautiful view!
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Most important to us was being on the beach so we loved the view and being steps from the ocean! The balcony furniture could use an upgrade, but we were only there 2 nights so it was fine. The bathrooms were clean and nicely upgraded. We don’t really use the kitchen, but it seemed well-equipped. My biggest complaint would be that the area rugs and runners throughout the condo all had curled edges on them which was a big tripping hazard, especially for my elderly mother. I would recommend they be replaced asap. Overall, it was a nice weekend stay. Condo complex was very nice, quiet, and the pool was great!

Nice area
View was perfect, property is nice and quiet. The condo had rugs on the floors that were peeling upward on the corners , unsafe for walking if you don’t pay close attention. Dated furniture and decor. Bed in the master bedroom is not very comfortable as it’s an older mattress set. Dining room set has rolling chairs on top of a rug peeling upward as well, difficult to sit in without rolling across the rug up to the table .

Will not rent from Bryant Real Estate again.
The house had a nice layout and a nice view. The people that we came into contact with at Bryant Real Estate were very gracious but could not help us. The problem as far as we are concerned is the whole process of your company and your approach to treating your customers. We received this thick contract in small print, all legalese, heavy on what the renter should and shouldn't do and how much extra charge he or she will incur if he or she does or does not do things you specify. No responsibility on your part even though you charge a hefty guest services fee. We reported immediately that the blinds in both the master bedroom and the living room didn't work. We were told it couldn't be fixed during our stay. We reported the television and the master bedroom didn't work, nothing was done about it. We reported that one of the windows mechanism in the master bedroom didn't work, nothing was done about it. The lampshade in an one of the lamps in the master bedroom was wobbly and had to be propped up to prevent it from falling over. The refrigerator is rusty and peeling. It was clear that no check out of the place iwas performed from a maintenance point of view before it is rented out. We were left wondering what the guest services we were charged were for. I rented a house in the mountains a few months ago through VRBO. And found the process user-friendly and the owner with whom I interacted conscious that he received payment and therefore should provide good services for the money. I did not get that from you at all. In fact I got the impression from reading your unreadablecontract that you were expecting us to make all sorts of mistakes and we're ready to pounce with your additional chargers. For example, why would you threaten to charge $50 for a parking permit, with a expiration date that makes it unusable after the date and is made of paper that you will clearly discard after we return it? That contract is not a pleasant thing to receive when you go on vacation. So please do not bother sending anymore communications about your properties. Again I want to emphasize that this is about the company and the company process, not your employees, who were uniformly gracious and try to help.
