The property is within a five minute to the main strip of Gatlinburg. The property was well maintained, full of modern conveniences and my family thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Host did amazingly well with communication throughout our stay and we left satisfied with our visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. The beds were a little low to the floor making them hard to get out of but that's just because I'm old...how comfortable they were made up for it though.

Very comfortable & great location

Just a short walk from The village and the Main Street in downtown Gatlinburg. Beds and “bean bag” style chair were extremely comfortable.

Awesome location with close walking distance to the Gatlinburg strip. The beds were comfy as was the bean bag in the living room. It’s an older building but the condo was updated nicely and provided everything we needed for a wonderful holiday stay for my birthday. The host, Danny, was great and very prompt at communicating and answering any questions I had.

Great Location!

We were there over New Years. The town was very crowded. The 5 minute walk to town was a dream. Not having to worry about finding parking was a bonus. You just can not beat this location. Danny was great. We had an issue with the fireplace at 11 PM He responded immediately and he had someone there the next day.

Great location, needs some love

The location was great and the furnishings were nice. The kitchen fairly well stocked. Overall it is starting to show some wear and could use a little love. It could have been cleaner, specifically the floors, touch areas on doors etc. The kitchen sink faucet has next to no water pressure, the main bedroom closet door barely functioned and the second bathroom tub didn't drain very well (3 inches of water while showering). The second bedroom only has one nightstand, a pet peeve of mine. There are nice views from the balcony.

Very nice apartment. Great location close to everything in Gatlinburg. We saved so much on parking fees because you can walk to most anything. The home was clean and comfortable. The host did an amazing job of communicating with us.

Second time staying in this building. Love how close it is to walk to the Village and shops on the parkway but also at the edge of nature- we saw bears in the meadow! Beds comfy. Plenty of seating in the living room. Pool was refreshing. Very cute condo!
