Welcome to 532 Sunsuite, your premier destination for a rejuvenating vacation experience! Being located right in the center of Fripp Island, you will not only be a few steps from the beautiful pools, fitness center, tennis & pickleball courts, Island Bites, The Beach Club, and adult pool, but our incredible beach is only steps away! Nestled on the second floor and following a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel in 2024, this suite now boasts modern amenities.



Admire the striking beauty of new granite countertops, complemented by sleek new cabinets that provide ample storage for your culinary adventures. Step into the beautifully redesigned shower, where luxury meets relaxation, and feel the day's stress melt away. Updated furniture enhances the ambiance, creating an inviting atmosphere. There are laundry facilities on the 2nd floor of this complex.



Guest Cards Included:

Also included in your rental are up to 3 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!



Getting to know Fripp Island:

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.



Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island offers a wide variety of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, six tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.



Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is home to many whitetail deer and other wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

I enjoy the property & have stayed here in the past. One thing i believe needs improving is the parking area.its a little hard parking also my last night i had to peark beside the overgrown palm tree & scratched my car a little. Want to let you know my second night the battery in the smoke detector was beeping like it was dyling so i did remove it just so i did not hear the beeping. All in all i enjoyed my stay

The good and the bad. Honest review

We enjoyed our week at Fripp and this unit has it’s strengths but there are things you need to know. First off the strengths. Unit is nicely renovated with all new appliances although they are all “mini” since it is a small unit. The beds are comfortable. Overall clean but the floor unfortunately is not flat (bad idea for beach ) and the faux crevices between the faux wood boards collect micro sand so it was sandy when we came in and got worse throughout the week. There was no broom or vacuum so we had to borrow one from another unit. Broom didn’t help all that much honestly. The location is central. Steps from beach, steps from pool , steps from arcade , steps from ice cream , coffee, a restaurant , tennis courts , and adult pool/ bar area. So it’s busy but convenient to a lot. Unfortunately it’s proximity to the adult pool/ bar area makes it very noisy at night until 11pm. There was a loud band or karaoke every night we were there that penetrated the walls but it does stop promptly at 11pm. I was also caught off guard with the parking. There are literally 11 spaces for 32 units. Advice given to me from someone in another unit, which I followed was if you secure a space do not leave it for the week. Not sure where other people were parking, but I know of at least one other tenant that found parking somewhere and got a ticket. Parking instructions and options should be included in the instructions after booking. This is also relevant to golf carts. Overall good stay.
