You had requested an early check-in, which we were happy to accommodate. However, this may have limited the cleaner’s ability to move all furniture in the time available. As for the BBQ,unfortunately, wildlife such as birds can sometimes find their way into outdoor equipment, which is regrettably beyond our control. We also noticed a lower rating for communication, and we’re unsure why, as we were responsive throughout your stay.Per your request, we sent a checkout reminder in the morning around 9:30 a.m., even though our usual practice is to send it the evening before.We genuinely wish you had reached out to us during your stay, as we are always happy to resolve any concerns in real time to enhance your experience.
