Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, luminous 3 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms renovated house.
Enjoy a cup of coffee sitting in the screened patio over the lake, listening to the twitting birds. Go to the beach and enjoy the Gulf sand and warm waters. Get back to play ping pong or relax in the heated pool, through the meat on the barbecue and have a meal outside under the ocean breeze and in the complete calmness of this silent neighborhood. Finish the day with a domino game or watching a movie.

The house offers ample space for parking.
The house is equipped with a keypad lock that allows you to check in at your convenience without having to meet the host at a specific time.
The house is fully renovated and has everything you need to relax and focus on yourself, whether you need to disconnect from the day to day routine or whether you're looking for a quiet place to conduct your business remotely.
WiFi coverage is available both inside and outside the house. A smart TV allows you to connect with your account and stream your favorite series or movie.
Linens and towels are provided, as well as basic detergents. Both the bathrooms and kitchen sinks are equipped with touch less hand soap dispensers.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including cutlery and plates for 8 guests. The kitchen is also equipped with water kettle, american coffee machine, italian (moka) coffee machine, small broiler/toaster oven, small food processor, blender and milk frothing machine that you can use to prepare your own latte or cappuccino in the comfort of your home.
Central a/c allows you to adjust temperature to your preference, ceiling fans are also available in each bedroom.
5 bicycles are available in the garage; the garage also offers a washing machine and dryer , as well as an extra fridge where you can store supplies for an extended period. Few beach chairs and 2 beach carts are also available in the garage.
The screen patio offers plenty of seating space, including deck chairs to sip a drink or read a book by the heated pool. A discrete external light set will allow you to enjoy the patio in the evening.
The house features a gas barbecue, a ping pong table with rackets and a domino table set.

The house is very luminous, yet privacy is guaranteed by tall hedges on both sides of the house.
The house sleeps 8 people, with 7 mattresses (one of which is a roll out bed) and a 1 person sofa bed space.

Beautiful home on the lake

The home was just lovely! Very clean and well appointed! Lots of towels which was a huge plus!! The wildlife was so beautiful, lots of singing birds, iguanas, turtles and even an alligator! We were there during an unseasonably cold spell and the little gas fireplace was just enough to take the edge off! I would highly recommend this property!

My wife and I had a great week. This property is amazing! Peaceful and zen like. We enjoyed the pool which overlooks the lake, had coffee on the lanai and walks in the neighborhood. We are admittedly clean freaks and this place is spotless! Beautiful terrazzo floors, well appointed and it even smells amazing! Excellent communication from the host as well. We hope to return soon.

Great getaway!!

We had an amazing week! The house was exactly as presented on the site. This was our first visit to Marco Island and the location was convenient to beaches, restaurants, shops and just 30 minutes away from part of the Everglades for a great 1/2 day trip. The swimming pool was an added plus. We enjoy visiting the beach but the availability of the covered patio and pool was a great option. The host was readily available if we had questions or needs which made things extremely easy. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed for a month. The home is beautifully appointed. Everything we needed was there. The beds are extremely comfortable, rare in a rental. Fabulous Home

This home was just perfect for our family for the month. Super clean! Wide open floor plan which was awesome for the little ones to play. Wonderful outside space with the nice pool and large patio to watch all the birds, iguanas and geckos. The kids loved it! All the amenities you could ask for. The bikes were a huge success! Used them every single day. Easy ride to the beaches, parks, stores etc. Host was so accommodating with our few minor requests. Would highly recommend this home!
