This place is FUN! We had the most wonderful stay—with family members from age 8 to 88, everyone felt comfortable and truly enjoyed their stay. Many happy memories made with all the fun activities at the house.

My family of 5 plus two small dogs had a great stay here! My kids and husband kept saying what a great house and how much fun they were having the whole time. When we first arrived there had been a sand storm earlier in the day and the pool was very dirty. I reached out to the owners and they had the pool guy there in less than 30 minutes to clean it and it was perfect the rest of the trip. We will definitely be staying here again!

The pool was green with algae with no chemicals in it. Was told a tech come to clean no one showed and property managers and owner never responded again. Very disappointed had to buy chlorine to add out of my pocket to get it I using condition. Pictures are available of poolIt also took over 24 hours to get the ac to the level we wanted.

House is very spacious and great for larger groups. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms with tvs are great to relax after a day of swimming. Nice backyard and game room was fun. Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, dish soap etc. check in / out was easy, no issues. Very quick at responding and accommodating.

Great get away home!

5 Stars!We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo home! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. My wife and kids especially enjoyed all the great amenities—it really made our trip extra special. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, quickly answering any questions we had before and during our stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. Thank you again for helping make our family getaway such a great experience!

Perfect for our family of boys. Lots of activities and very close to everything we needed. Casino tables in garage a huge draw for our family. Hot tub awesome and easy to use. Beds comfortable and all amenities were great.

Me and my family were looking forward to this labor day weekend getaway. When we arrived on friday afternoon we found the pool water green we couldn't see the bottom of the pool and backyard dirty with dried bird poop. I called Rajeev the property owner and he did send a pool guy he treated the pool but the filters were so dirty they look like they haven't been cleaned in months. They said we would be able to enjoy the pool sat morning. Saturday came and pool still green. Pool was green all 3 daysWe tried to make the best of it but the pool was the main reason we booked the house. the jacuzzi did clear up enough to get feet wet. My brother in law stood in the jacuzzi and cut his toe on a screw that was sticking up from the floor of the jacuzzi. I sent pictures of all the issues we found and hopefully Rajeev can fix those issues before the next guest arrive.Inside the house wasn't good just a few small issues.Rajeev was apologetic and tried to fix the green pool but that pool wasn't gonna be ready during our stay. Rajeev did refund us a small portion of what we paid.House has potentially it just needs to be kept up...some TLC.

Hello Angel - Thanks for the feedback. While I don’t agree with your review I wanted to provide some clarification to your comments. I sent over the pool guy right away and he went there twice during the weekend and took care of the pool. He told me guests shifted the pool equipment levers manually which disrupted the normal filter water circulation. I redunded $300 for the inconvenience in addion to paying the pool tech visits on an already super discounted bookIng of < 1000 net for 3 nights Including 395 cleaning fee. You pushed for $500 refund and i explained everything to you. I spent my weekend answering your multiple requests and attending to them right away. Thank you for the stay and the review anyways, our apologies for any inconvinience. We will continue to ensure our guests get the best experience always.

Great family house

We went to Indio for the Sandstorm Lacrosse Tournament. We have 3 boys. The house was clean and open. Great bedroom arrangements. The games, pool and spa were terrific. Everything worked and communication with hosts was wonderful. They were quick to respond to questions and easy to talk to. Location to Polo Fields was great.

We stayed here for two nights in May with a large family group of 10, and overall had a very enjoyable stay. The home was spacious and comfortably accommodated everyone, and the beds were very comfortable.When we arrived, the pool was unfortunately green, which was disappointing since enjoying the pool was one of the main reasons we chose to stay in Indio during the warm weather. The kids were especially disappointed. However, Rajeev responded quickly and had the issue addressed right away. By the next day, the pool was clear and ready to enjoy, which we appreciated.We also found that there weren't enough coffee pods provided for a group our size, but Rajeev had additional pods delivered the very next morning. That level of responsiveness was very thoughtful.There were a few cleanliness issues that we brought to Rajeev's attention. While it was disappointing to encounter them, he was caring, attentive, and quick to address our concerns. He genuinely seemed to care about our experience and made every effort to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible.Overall, the home's size, comfort, and Rajeev's exceptional responsiveness made for a positive stay. We appreciated how seriously he took our feedback and his commitment to making things right.

SERENE INDIO PROPERTY

My family and I had a wonderful Labor Day weekend at this quiet, clean and accessible home located in a serene and peaceful Indio community. It was free of insects, bugs, flies and very comfortable. It has a beautiful pool and child's swing set/slide my grandchildren enjoyed. Management was extremely caring about meeting our needs if any issues arose. If you're looking for great accessibility, quiet, and a wonderful clean family environment this home is recommended to all who love the desert with plenty of restaurants, shopping at stores, and entertaining local Casinos. Great trip for two families! The two kids lived in the pool! The property was clean and the AC was amazing! I do wish we had found out about the sauna being out of order a bit earlier than the day, as that was something we were looking forward to. Definitely a great stay overall!
