The use of the grill requires a refundable deposit of $25 USD ($500 MXN), payable at reception.

There are plants on the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits us every Wednesday for about 20 minutes to take care of them.

Great location

If you want to stay close to the zona romántica Beach, restaurants bars but still have a quiet time at night this is the place. Extremely clean well equipped. New building and a quiet rooftop pool.

New found gem!

Extended my stay to avoid the cold temps back home led me to VRBO and found this amazing new condo. This is condo is situated perfectly within the romantic zone of PV. Great furnishings, super comfy bed and bedding along with a large stand up shower and floor to ceiling windows to the balcony made the stay very comfy and enjoyable. The rooftop pool is spectacular, hammocks and bartender on duty to make you summer drinks. Eddy the bartender is super sweet too! Stunning views and 28 units in building kept it peaceful. Only negativity would be the lack of communication with property management. Didn’t have a key card for me to enter the building for more than half my stay led to wait times by security to let me in manually. Other guests said they had same issue. This should be a simple fix.

As a newly established property, the administration is in the process of implementing and refining their policies, and unfortunately, this led to a delay in obtaining access cards for our guests. We understand that waiting for manual entry from security can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience during this time. Rest assured, we have taken your feedback seriously, and we are actively working to streamline our processes to ensure a smoother and more efficient experience for our guests in the future.
