I’m sorry to hear the thermostat changed on you overnight — I wish you would have reached out during your stay, as it’s a quick fix with one button to hold the temperature. I’m always happy to help in real time to make things more comfortable. Regarding the WiFi, thank you for mentioning it. We’ve run into issues in the past with guests adding their own apps and getting locked out, which is why the current setup is in place. That said, I’ll look into adding a more secure, private network option to make things easier for future stays. Thanks again for staying with us and for the helpful comments!

Regarding the TV, we’ve discovered that the input was not set to HDMI 1, which may have contributed to the challenges you encountered. Hi Katie, This is Scott. I'm deeply sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. It is our top priority to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests, and it sounds like we fell short. Please accept my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you experienced. I take all of your feedback seriously and will address each issue directly. * Bed Size We will inspect the bed for accuracy. We purchase Queen size sheets and they fit perfectly. So I'm not sure. We will change the listing if we discover otherwise. *Shower Head I will address the shower issue. Maybe the last guest turned the shower head to much in one direction. I will make sure to tighten it up so this doesn't happen again. *Thermostat To my knowledge , the thermostat has not been set to automatically go to 78 degrees during the night. Although I can't control how the guests use it. Maybe I will need to put a lock on it. This is the first time this has come up. I do know if the fireplace is on it can get quite hot in there. *Garage Door I will install an "Open/Close label on the button so it is more clear for guests. Cleaning Fee Due to the way some gusts have left the condition of my property, the suggestion to tidy up a bit is just that , a suggestion, and it has been beneficial to the condition of the property and courteousness for the next guest if needing an early check in all while trying to keep the nightly rate low . Due to having to clean a full kitchen and the entire condo in a short period of time, It really helps the cleaning crew ensure the next guest has a clean condo. Towels We will have a conversation with our cleaning service to guarantee that all towels and linens meet our standards for cleanliness. Towels are laundered and rotated between every guest stay. I will inspect them myself and replace all towels as needed. Couch position Due to the size constraints of the room and having a sufficient size bed for sleeping comfort, the only way to arrange the bed for TV viewing and sleeping is how it is placed now. We have tried many different ways. I hope you were able to view the pictures on VRBO before the reservation was placed. Cookware We will replace pots and pans as needed. Unfortunately guests do not take care of the cookware as if it is their own. Again, I'm deeply sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations.
