Luxurious 3 bedroom in the heart of downtown Winter Park. Wonderful view from the private patio of the Winter Park Ski Resort. The open floor plan has hardwood flooring, large expansive windows, full gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar for 4, dining area for up 6; living area has flat screen TV, gas fireplace. A couple of bonus amenities include a Peloton bike with full instructions and ROKU streaming services. Located on the ground floor of the building. Winter Park STR #12431.

Awesome Stay!

The property is in a great location - near Main Street (about a five minute walk) with multiple Lift lines that take you to the resort or into Fraser. Two of the bus lines are even closer - less than a minute walk. The location is very walkable to many great restaurants in town. The property itself is well apportioned with a gas stove, washer & dryer, lots of seating for meals and visiting, large tv’s, very comfortable beds, and the floor level was a plus for coming and going. The property has lots of windows, and the views are amazing. The only potential drawback is that you can hear the people above walking around - not a problem if you keep the same hours or you are a heavy sleeper, and the ease of getting in and out far outweighed this for our group. Having a few extra towels would be good. All in all the place is great and really added to the enjoyment of our trip to Winter Park!
