Great property in a central location

We had a wonderful stay here with our family this summer! The property was very clean and in a great central location—an easy walk to several restaurants. While there weren’t many toys for the kids inside, the park less than a block away was a huge hit. Would definitely stay here again!

Spartan but great neighborhood

Great location and convenient to many amenities within walking distance. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Sparsely furnished in that we had to bring a chair into living room for all of us to sit.(4 adults and 1 child). Not much on the walls to make it feel welcoming.Wish we had known there was a pack n play and booster seat for infant as we brought our own. I guess I could have asked, too. I think it should be added to description.Basement looked great, but we didn’t have time to go down to use it.Nice to have washer and dryer as we had a 9 month old and needed to do laundry during our stay.The towels were very worn and the first set I started to use looked like they had been used to clean the floor. They may not have even been washed! Dingy white and worn.Mattresses were also a bit worn in all 3 bedrooms.Air conditioning was great as it was pretty hot and muggy several nights during our stay.Back deck was nice to sit out on.Kitchen had what we needed. Overall we had a great stay just felt it spartan.

Perfect Property Great Property Manager

The house was lovely and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Communication with manager was always responded to quickly and was always helpful. The fridge freezer broke and was dealt with and replaced all in a day. Great service.
