Seaside Luxury Villas are located in the heart of Costa Rica's breathtaking southern Pacific coast, offering you and loved ones the perfect tropical environment for an epic getaway. This seaside jewel is few steps away from the famous Whales Tail Marino Ballena National Park main entry and offering you that feeling of peace and serenity.

Saltwater pool & waterfall, BBQ, patio, gated parking. No 4x4 needed. The pool area is shared with another 1bdrm villa. The villa is 3.5h from SJO airport.

This luxury villa has 2 generous bedrooms with Top king-sized quality mattress, lots of storage and each of them has its own bathroom. The spacious kitchen with U.S spec appliances offers all necessary amenities to enjoy with friends and family. TV, Internet & WIFI all available. The house comes equipped with top-quality amenities including an osmose water filter system.

The living area is perfectly design for the tropics and it opens up to a private outside terrace with dining area (BBQ) and outdoor shower to enjoy beauties of paradise. A wonderful saltwater pool is shared for the 2 villas with all the privacy space which one deserve. The villa is surrounded by a wonderful tropical oasis.

Few minutes away there's plenty to explore, amazing surf waves, breath-taking waterfalls, incredible beaches and all commodities.

Possibility of Airport transfer, rental bikes, private chef, private surf session, massage. Also available, a tour manager to help you organize your outdoor activities and make sure you’re not missing anything in the area.

Seaside Luxury Villa has an amazing location in wonderful Costa Rica. It is located just 10 min south of Dominical. Situated in Bahia Ballena near Pacific Ocean, Uvita. It is also 30 min from Quepos airport and 40 min from the famous Manuel Antonio beach and National Park. They are plenty of beautiful beaches, surf, rivers, waterfalls, and restaurants within a short drive. The closest beach is just a 5 min walk from the house (paid entrance to the Marino Ballena National Park). About 3.5 hours from Juan Santamaría International Airport.

The location was beautiful and tranquil, near everything, the dive School, whale watching and the beach.. Marie Eve was very helpful when my son got very sick from something he ate. We recommend the location highly.

We loved this place. The pool was fantastic and it was very close to many restaurants and the beach. Clean and comfortable. Secure parking. My teenage son and I stayed here. Two large comfortable bedrooms and 2 bath/showers. I would highly recommend.

Well laid out room with the largest "real" king-size beds. Hot water in all faucets, decent AC, convenient washer and dryer, and an absolute gem of a swimming pool/grotto. The kitchen is well equipt. Host was super responsive and the cat, coco, is super friendly.

What a wonderful stay! The home and location were absolutely beautiful, with everything we needed close by. The beach, pool, and yard were all stunning and made for the perfect getaway. Our hostess was warm, welcoming, and so helpful throughout our visit.When we arrived in the afternoon, everything was perfectly prepared for us—the home was spotless, refreshing water was chilled in the fridge, and a thoughtful bottle of wine was waiting on the counter. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I had the best night’s sleep. We loved grilling dinner and relaxing by the pool and patio in the evenings.If you’re visiting Uvita, this is the place to stay—you won’t be disappointed!

Little Paradise

We loved every second of our stay. This place is a little paradise surrounded by exotic trees that attract many species of birds. The salt pool is great. the kitchen and the barbecue area are perfect for making our own small meals. The interior space of the villa is very well furnished and the bed is very comfortable. The short walk to the entrance to the park is easy. We had an unforgettable stay and will come back to your place for sure Thank you for the advice, you are a remarkable host.
