House South Venice is just two hours north of Everglades City, an hour south of Tampa Bay. This is the place to just up soak up the peace and magic of Florida Life.

We can be flexible, so feel free to ask for thoughts, wishes and needs.

We had another wonderful time here. The pool was so enjoyable (we loved eating on the lanai and just sitting by the pool soaking up the beautiful FL sunshine), and the fenced in yard was perfect for our fur-baby. The location is great as it's only minutes to different beaches, restaurants, and downtown. Fritz was a delight and responded very quickly with thorough answers (he has a great sense of humor!). We are already looking forward to a return trip! Thank you Fritz!!

Fritz 's house is in a great location for us. We love the Venice area. We love to bike ride and I love having a heated pool. The house is very comfortable and Fritz is very easy to work with. We have already booked it again.

Perfect!

This was a great place to stay. The house had all the amenities we needed - including sharp knives! The location worked well for us - a quick drive to downtown Venice, shopping, beaches, and walking trails. Fritz was very kind and very easy to work with. Perfect place for family vacation

The house was perfect for our needs on our family vacation. Our kids loved the pool and were in it any time they had a free minute, the games were nice during the short rain fall. The kitchen was stocked for us to make meals. Beach towels, wagon, chairs, and beach equipment/toys made our many days at the beach easy and fun. There are many beaches to visit. Enough restaurants and shops nearby to enjoy as well. Fritz was only a text/phone call away with any questions and helped make this vacation a memorable one.

Only problem we had was tv didn’t have all the shows our daughter liked. Nice family home, quiet neighborhood. Clean, large pool. Would have liked to have a hot tub because it was really not warm weather for a pool. Nice family home with plenty of furniture that was in good shape. Had great time.

Sue is right about the TVs, they are all Smart TVs connected to T Mobile Internet, designed to let you bring your own subscriptions (think really nice Rokus with really nice screens). There is TV content without a subscription, but we find our FUBO subscription works best whenever Dad wants to watch television. We'll put together detailed instructions to access all the free TV and free streaming content. We're in serious negotiations with the Weather Team on their dead-of-winter offerings. So far, they've only committed to more sunny 🌞 days, but we'll keep working with them on the overall weather experience.

Perfect!!

Our vacation rental was nothing but amazing! VERY clean! Response time was great. Location was close to restaurants and not far from the beach. The host provided everything needed for our stay. From items for the beach, to our night swims in the pool, we didn’t have to pack extra items that are a hassle. Everything in the home was labeled so there was not any confusion. We travel to Florida every year and I think that we’ve found the perfect rental for our future stays. Highly, highly recommend.
