1405 Shipwatch Rd is located in the West Beach Villas neighborhood and is a renovated one bedroom, one bath, efficiency style villa is located in West Beach Village. Its right across from the newly constructed conference center and Cougar Point Golf Course's brand new clubhouse and restaurant. There is a fully equipped kitchen with upscale appliances and plenty of counter space for prepping meals and eating at the bar top. The screened in porch is the perfect place to start your day with a relaxing cup of coffee. The spacious bedroom suite features a king bed and a fully renovated bath with walk in shower. The living room features a flat screen tv and a pull out sofa.

Take a short five minute walk or quick bike ride and you'll be at the ocean's edge in no time.(0.3mi) There are 10 miles of glorious beach to enjoy and you can ride your bike right on the hard packed sand.

One dog up to 30 lbs allowed, pet fee included.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest you will receive:
Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities including Kamp Kiawah. Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club). If you have the time take a short trip (35-45 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

The property was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Very comfortable for 2 adults and a child. When we arrived the water was not on, but a call 30 minutes later everything was resolved. Good experience!

Reviewer Comments: I was in Kiawah for a conference and this villa was perfect, right next door to the conference center and a short walk across the street from the beach. The amenities were great and beautifully decorated. The only addition I would request would be a full length mirror, if there was one, I couldn't find it.

Good place to stay!

Great location to beach! Easy 5 min walk or 2 minute bike ride. Use beach access #8 by the Sandcastle . It has a wash off station for sandy beach articles. Easily walkable. Unit has a keurig and Mr coffee coffee pot. I asked about keurig and was not told it had one. The floorboards were separating and caused us to cut our feet a bit. We taped them over with painters tape. All of this was reported to property managers and was addressed with courtesy and concern. Overall this unit is perfect for 2 people. We stayed 14 days and were very comfortable. The beach/bike equipment perk was awesome as well.
