Walk a few blocks to catch the sunrise on the beach each morning, bring your breakfast outside to the shaded back deck, and enjoy unbeatable access to the tennis courts and bike trails in the center of West Beach Village on Kiawah Island.



This golf-course-front condo is part of the Fairway Oaks Villas that sit alongside the Cougar Point Golf Course, one of five world-class golf courses on Kiawah Island. Here in the center of West Beach Village, you'll be a short stroll from the beach and miles of scenic bike paths that connect to such island favorites as Night Heron Park (less than two miles east) and Freshfields Village (two miles northwest). Bohicket Marina is three miles away. If you're looking to take a memorable day trip, historic downtown Charleston - with its acclaimed restaurants and rich culture - is only 23 miles northeast.



This retreat has been completely updated as of early 2022, with new flooring, beds, dishwasher, paint, and lighting throughout the condo! The living area invites you to spread out comfortably and watch fun shows and movies on the TV with cable. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials!

This property was perfect for our vacation. It was the perfect size for my family, clean and nicely furnished, and in close proximity to private Kiawah West Beach and Freshfields Village. I will definitely look into renting 1363 Fairway Oaks again the next time I am in the Charleston area.

Great villa with a nice view of a golf course green. Good kitchen setup. One of the quieter areas of Kiawah. Beach is just a 5 minute walk. Great for yourself, your spouse/partner/date, or small family.

Disliked:1. Dead roach on the floor when I first entered2. Multiple kitchen utensils/silverware were not clean in the drawers3. Even a motel provides coffee with their room coffee pot. Not here though. An inconvenience but not a deal breaker. 4. Kitchen appliances were not up to snuff. No ice maker. The freezer didn’t even keep our ice frozen.5. Pull out sofa bed needs replaced.Liked:1. View of the 16th green was beautiful.2. Proximity to the beach was good.3. Beds were comfortable.4. Shower was good. I would not stay here again. TV and Map

Everything was lovely and wonderful. A suggestion would be to have a listing of tv stations - they were different in different rooms and so many channels that we were lost and on the last day finally found the major networks NBC,CBS, ABC. A map of the island and pathways to the beach would have been helpful. Bike paths maps would have been helpful too. Disappointed that on Kiawah we can't find a villa with a pool.

Good but not great.

The pullout sofa bed had Cherrios in it under the sofa cushions. The sheets for the pullout sofa smelled as if they hadn’t been washed. Both showers had sand in them. The carpet and vinyl flooring could use a good cleaning. The furniture and decorations were good. The kitchen appliances were fine but old.

Dated Condo

This comdo was very dated. The pull out bed springs were broken a s the mattress looked to be 29 years ok’d. There were holes in the blankets and worn tears in the sheets. The washer and dryers were very loud. I would not recommend this place. Also.. we had a queen comforter in a king bed.
